摘要
目的了解本科实习护生的职业认同感与道德敏感性的现状并分析二者关系。方法于2022年7—8月,采用便利抽样法以浙江省2所高校448例本科实习护生为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、护生职业认同感问卷、护士道德敏感性问卷实施调查。结果448名本科实习护生的职业认同感总分为(58.24±6.98)分,其中留职获益与离职风险维度条目均分最低;道德敏感性总分为(37.36±6.09)分,其中道德负担感条目均分最低;本科实习护生职业认同感与道德敏感性呈正相关(r=0.571,P<0.001)。多元分层回归分析结果显示,职业认同感进入实习护生道德敏感性影响因素模型(F=48.116,P<0.001),其具有21.9%独立预测道德敏感性的能力。结论本科实习护生的职业认同感与道德敏感性水平呈中等水平,本科实习护生职业认同感越高,其道德敏感性越好。提示护理教育者应重视护理学生职业认同感的培养,从而提高实习护生的道德敏感性。
Objective To understand the status quo of and analyse the correlation between professional identity and moral sensitivity of nursing undergraduates in internship.Methods From July to August 2022,448 undergraduate nursing interns from two universities in Zhejiang Province were chosen to be the research subjects through convenience sampling.They were investigated with questionnaires of general information,nursing student professional identity and nurse moral sensitivity.Results The total score of professional identity of the 448 nursing undergraduates in internship was(58.24±6.98),with the lowest average score in retention benefits and turnover risks.The total score of moral sensitivity was(37.36±6.09),with the lowest average score in moral burden.There is a positive correlation between professional identity and moral sensitivity of the nursing students(r=0.571,P<0.001).The results of multiple stratified regression manifested that professional identity was an influencing factor of moral sensitivity of the intern nurses(F=48.116,P<0.001)and could independently predict moral sensitivity to the degree of 21.9%.Conclusion The scores of professional identity and moral sensitivity of the nursing undergraduates were at moderate level.The higher the level of professional identity,the better the moral sensitivity.Therefore,nursing educators should pay attention to the cultivation of students'professional identity,so as to improve their moral sensitivity.
