摘要
相比于在新开发的地块建设新校区,城区中老校区的改扩建更具有特殊性与挑战性。文章介绍了近期完成的“吴兴区第一中学改扩建项目”,提出了如何采用集中高效的校园综合体模式来突破局限,对校园有限的土地资源进行高效利用,以一种互联共赢的方式解决用地紧缺的问题,扩大学校办学规模。建立一所多维度的富有现代感的绿色生态校园。
Compared with the construction of new campuses in newly developed plots,the reconstruction and expansion of old and middle campuses in urban areas is more special and challenging.The paper introduces the recently completed"Reconstruction and Expansion Project of the First Middle School in Wuxing District",and puts forward how to use the centralized and efficient campus complex model to break through the limitations,make efficient use of the limited land resources on the campus,solve the problem of land shortage in an interconnected and win-win way,and expand the school scale.Build a multi-dimensional and modern green ecological campus.
