摘要
传统接线端子存在接触电阻较大、易发热、接触不良等问题。为解决这些问题,文章提出了双孔双层型接线端子的设计方案,介绍了双孔双层型接线端子的结构特点和工作原理。通过合理的材料选择和优化的结构设计,该接线端子具有良好的导电性能和耐久性能。
The existing terminals have problems such as large contact resistance,easy heating and poor contact.In order to solve these problems,the design scheme of double-hole double-layer terminal is proposed in this paper,and the structural characteristics and working principle of double-hole double-layer terminal are introduced.Through reasonable material selection and optimized structure design,the terminal has good electrical conductivity and durability.
