摘要
随着全球气候变暖和环境污染等问题的日益突出,国际社会对于环境保护和可持续发展提出了更高要求。燃煤发电行业是能源消耗大户,是我国节能减排的重要监管对象。为促进燃煤发电行业的可持续发展,迫切需要探索行之有效的低碳转型路径。文章分析了燃煤发电行业在双碳目标下面临的挑战,并从提高燃煤发电机组能效、升级改造燃煤发电机组设备、开发新型节能低碳技术以及加大装备标准的制定力度4个方面提出了推动燃煤发电行业低碳发展的策略和建议。研究表明,通过技术创新、设备升级、能效提升等手段,燃煤发电行业在减少碳排放的同时能够保障能源安全,为国家能源转型提供有力支持。
With the increasingly prominent problems of global warming and environmental pollution,the international community has put forward higher requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development.The coal-fired power generation industry is a large energy consumer and an important regulatory object for energy conservation and emission reduction in China.In order to promote the sustainable development of the coal-fired power generation industry,it is urgent to explore an effective low-carbon transition path.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the coal-fired power generation industry under the dual-carbon target,and puts forward strategies and suggestions to promote the low-carbon development of the coal-fired power generation industry from four aspects:improving the energy efficiency of the coal-fired power generation unit,upgrading the coal-fired power generation unit equipment,developing new energy-saving and low-carbon technologies,and strengthening the formulation of equipment standards.The research shows that through technological innovation,equipment upgrading,energy efficiency improvement and other means,the coal-fired power generation industry can ensure energy security while reducing carbon emissions,and provide strong support for the national energy transformation.
