摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(Corona virus disease,COVID-19)疫情的暴发对人类健康与社会稳定造成了巨大威胁。随着病毒在全球的迅速蔓延,针对新型冠状病毒的药物开发及其相关研究成为医药领域的迫切问题。达原饮作为治疗瘟疫初起,邪伏膜原的传统名方,在新型冠状病毒感染的防治中发挥了重要作用,国家卫健委于2020年发布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第三版)》中首次将达原饮推荐用于湿邪郁肺证的治疗。研究通过综合相关文献,从化学成分及生物活性方面对达原饮化学成分的研究现状进行综述,探讨病毒性感染治疗靶点组和达原饮有效成分组的可能组成模式,以期为充分发挥该经典名方的临床价值与抗病毒机制的研究提供科学依据,同时为该复方的研发提供参考。
The outbreak of the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)has posed a huge threat to human health and social stability.With the rapid spread of the virus around the world,drug development and related research against the COVID-19 has become an urgent issue in the medical field.Dayuanyin(达原饮)as the traditional prescription for treating the beginning of the plague,played an important role in the prevention and treatment of this new type of COVID-19.In the Scheme(Trial Version 3),Dayuanyin is recommended for the treatment of dampness and stagnation of lung.In this study,by synthesizing the relevant literature,the research status of the chemical ingredients of Dayuanyin is reviewed from the aspects of chemical composition and biological activity,and the possible composition patterns of the viral pneumonia treatment target group and the active ingredient group of Dayuanyin were discussed,in order to provide a scientific basis for the study of the clinical value and antiviral mechanism of the classic formula,and at the same time provided a reference for the research and development of the compound.
