摘要
紫草在中国有悠久的药用历史,是一种传统中药,具有凉血活血、清热解毒等功效。紫草中有醌类、黄酮类、酚酸类等多种活性成分,以醌类为主。研究表明紫草具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎等多种活性。基于对文献的整理,综述了紫草的主要化学成分、生物活性及应用方面的工作和进展,为紫草在医药、食品等领域的进一步深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
Zicao(Arnebiae Radix),as a traditional Chinese medicine,has a long medicinal use history in China.Its medicinal values include cooling blood,invigorating the circulation of blood,detoxification and so on.According to the studies,the chemical components of Zicao(Arnebiae Radix)include quinones,phenolic acid,flavonoid,etc.And among of them,quinones are the mainly chemical active constituent in Zicao(Arnebiae Radix).In addition,anti-tumor,antioxidant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities of Zicao(Arnebiae Radix)were confirmed.Based on the literature reports of Zicao(Arnebiae Radix),the main chemical constituents,biological activities and application were comprehensively reviewed in this paper,which would provide relevant basis and theoretical support for the further development of Zicao(Arnebiae Radix)in medicine and food industry.
