摘要
碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料在注塑成型后由于内部纤维方向的变化呈现出各向异性。考虑以上情况,对碳纤维增强尼龙注塑件进行同等长度取样分析,进行同等条件下的拉伸试验,呈现纤维不同的取向分布。进而通过单向碳纤维尼龙复合材料的相关数学模型和理论,在Reuss-Voigt模型基础上,建立适用于碳纤维尼龙复合材料取向分布的弹性模量预测模型,模型预测结果和试验结果一致性较好,有助于该材料调整合适的纤维方向,达到良好的力学性能。
Carbon fiber reinforced nylon composites exhibit anisotropy due to changes in internal fiber orien⁃tation after injection molding.Considering the above situation,the sampling analysis of carbon fiber rein⁃forced nylon injection molded parts at the same length and the tensile tests under the same conditions were carried out,and different orientation distributions of fibers were showed.Furthermore,through the relevant mathematical models and theories of unidirectional carbon fiber nylon composites,on the basis of the Re⁃uss-Voigt model,an elastic modulus prediction model suitable for the orientation distribution of carbon fi⁃ber reinforced nylon composites was established.The prediction results of the model are in good agreement with the test results.It helps the material to adjust the proper fiber direction to achieve good mechanical properties.
