摘要
目的调查北京市某中医医院医生医患关系和职业倦怠现状,分析其医患关系影响因素,为改善医患关系提供参考。方法于2022年6月,采用人口学资料调查表、医患关系量表、职业倦怠量表对北京市某中医医院292名医生进行调查。采用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果中医医院医生医患关系总得分为(18.98±4.85)分,职业倦怠总得分为(35.96±13.75)分。情感耗竭、人格解体、低成就感以及职业倦怠总分与医患关系总分呈正相关(r均>0,P均<0.05)。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、专业、职业倦怠的情感耗竭和人格解体是中医医院医生医患关系的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论北京市某中医医院医生医患关系处于较好水平,职业倦怠程度较低。情感耗竭和人格解体负向影响中医医院医生医患关系。
Objective To investigate the status quo of doctor-patient relationship and job burnout in a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospital in Beijing,and analyze the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship,so as to provide reference for improving the doctor-patient relationship.Methods In June 2022,292 doctors in a TCM hospital in Beijing were investigated by demographic data questionnaire,doctor-patient relationship scale and job burnout assessment scale.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results The score of doctor-patient relationship among doctor of TCM hospital was 18.98±4.85,and the score of job burnout was 35.96±13.75.The scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,low sense of accomplishment and job burnout were positively correlated with the scores of doctor-patient relationship(all r>0,P<0.05).Gender,age,marital status,profession,emotional exhaustion of job burnout and depersonalization were the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship in TCM hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion The relationship between doctors and patients in a Beijing hospital of TCM was at a good level,and the degree of job burnout was low.Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization negatively affected doctor-patient relationship in a TCM hospital.
