摘要
研究了不同细度、不同掺量沸石对抗折强度、抗压强度及流动性的影响,阐明了沸石作为混合材对水泥水化的影响机制。研究表明,沸石细度对硬化体影响很大,沸石细度越小,沸石活性越高,相同龄期下硬化体强度越高。28d龄期,沸石细度D50为2.62μm,D90为13.35μm时,沸石掺量20%时出现最大值59.5MPa,相较空白样提高6.1%,沸石掺量40%时仍能达到46.1MPa。流动度与沸石掺量呈线性关系,与沸石细度关联性不大。沸石细度不会影响水化产物种类,但会影响水化产物数量,沸石越细,反应活性越高,相同龄期下水化产物越多,反应越快。
The effects of different fineness and dosage of zeolite on flexural strength,compressive strength and fluidity are investigated,and the influence mechanism of zeolite as a mixture on cement hydration is explained.The results show that the fineness of zeolite has a significant influence on the hardened cement.The smaller the fineness of the zeolite,the higher the activity of zeolite,and the higher the strength of the hardened cement at the same age.When the fineness D50 of zeolite is 2.62μm and D90 is 13.35μm,the maximum compressive strength of 28-day is 59.5MPa with 20%content of zeolite,which is 6.1%higher than that of blank sample.When the zeolite content is 40%,the 28-day compressive strength can still reach 46.1MPa.The fluidity has a linear relationship with the zeolite content,but has little correlation with the its fineness.The fineness of zeolite does not affect the type of hydration products,but it affects the quantity of hydration products.The finer the zeolite,the higher the reaction activity,and the more hydration products at the same age,the faster the reaction.
