摘要
为降低制作与施工造成的初始缺陷对钢桁梁桥工作性能的影响,提高桥梁耐久性与承载能力,以我国西北地区某公路钢桁梁桥支架拼装施工为研究对象,分析了钢桁梁桥的结构与施工质量控制措施。基于现场施工条件与自然环境并结合规范要求,总结了钢桁架结构的原材料、焊接工艺、防腐涂装、加工工艺的质量控制措施,分析了对应的质量控制指标。通过分析钢桁架结构的拼装过程与钢桁梁的支架法施工工艺,研究了支架搭设及预压、钢桁架吊装与拼装、弦杆内混凝土等工序的施工质量保证措施。研究对于钢桁梁的支架法拼装施工质量控制及耐久性提升具有一定的参考意义。
In order to reduce the influence of initial defects caused by production and construction on the working performance of steel truss bridge and improve the durability and bearing capacity of the bridge,the structure and construction quality control measures of steel truss bridge were analyzed by the bracket assembly construction of a highway steel truss bridge in northwest China.Based on site construction conditions and natural environment,and combined with specification requirements,the quality control measures of raw materials,welding process,anticorrosive coating and processing technology of steel truss structure were summarized,and then the corresponding quality control indexes were analyzed.By analyzing the assembly process of steel truss structure and the construction technology of steel truss beam,the construction quality assurance measures of support erection and preloading,steel truss hoisting and assembly,and concrete in chord were studied.The researches in this paper have certain reference value for the quality control and durability improvement of steel truss girder assembly construction.
