摘要
轴向柱塞变量泵轴尾密封属于动密封,动密封通常有机械密封和骨架油封两种密封形式,由于轴向柱塞变量泵壳体内腔泄漏量在特殊的工况下瞬间升高,使壳体内腔压力出现高压,最终导致轴尾密封失效。某型轴向柱塞变量泵在两级压力切换时,轴尾出现漏油,对轴向柱塞变量泵轴尾漏油故障展开分析,提出了改进方案,并进行了试验验证。
Axial piston variable pump shaft tail seal belongs to dynamic seal,Dynamic seal usually has mechanical seal and skeleton oil seal two seal foms,Because the leakage in the shell cavity of the axial piston variable pump increases instantaneously under special working conditions,the shell pressure appears high pressure,and finally leads to the failure of the shaft tail seal.Axial piston variable pump in the two stage pressure switch,the shaft tail oil leakage,in this paper,the oil leakage of axial piston variable pump shaft tail is analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forward and verified by test.
