摘要
高磁感取向硅钢作为非常重要的电磁材料,其磁性能完全取决于成品组织中Goss织构的锋锐程度。Goss晶粒的二次再结晶过程受到众多因素影响,而针对初次再结晶基体厚度影响的研究相对较少,导致对Goss晶粒二次再结晶过程的理解不够完善。针对上述问题,对0.23 mm及0.27 mm两种厚度的初次再结晶基体进行了详细研究。基于实验结果,发现相较于0.27 mm取向硅钢初次再结晶基体,0.23 mm初次再结晶样品内晶粒更加细小,γ(〈111〉//ND)及{411}〈148〉等有利织构的强度更高,并且由于晶界含量更多,渗氮后的抑制剂更加细小均匀,在高温退火过程中,0.23 mm样品内的Goss晶粒也更早开始发生二次再结晶。基于厚度减薄将会使Goss晶粒二次再结晶过程更早发生的特点,薄规格产品应该适当增加抑制剂的晶界钉扎力,以确保其内部位向准确的Goss晶粒可以在合适的温度范围内优先开始二次再结晶过程。
High permeability grain-oriented silicon steel is a very important electromagnetic material,and its magnetic properties depend entirely on the sharpness of the Goss texture.The secondary recrystallization process of Goss grains is affected by many factors,but there are relatively few studies on the influence of the thickness of the matrix on the primary recrystallization,which leads to the imperfect understanding of the secondary recrystallization process of Goss grains.To solve the above problems,the primary recrystallization matrices of 0.23 mm and 0.27 mm thickness were studied in this study.Based on the experimental results,it was found that the grains in the 0.23 mm-thick primary recrystallization sample were finer than that in the 0.27 mm-thick oriented silicon steel primary recrystallization matrix;and theγ(〈111〉//ND)and{411}〈148〉textures were stronger in 0.23 mm-thick primary recrystallization sample,and the inhibitor after nitriding was finer and more uniform due to more grain boundaries.The secondary recrystallization of Goss grains in 0.23 mm sample started earlier during high temperature annealing.Due to the characteristic that the thickness thinning will make the secondary recrystallization process of Goss grains occur earlier,the grain boundary pinning force of the inhibitor should be appropriately increased for thin gauge products to ensure that Goss grains with accurate internal orientation can prioritize the secondary recrystallization process within an appropriate temperature range.
