高磁感取向硅钢二次再结晶研究

摘要 采用OM、XRD技术对高磁感取向硅钢二次再结晶过程显微组织和晶体织构进行分析研究,结果表明:高磁感取向硅钢二次再结晶温度区间为1015~1030℃;高斯晶粒异常长大前,初次再结晶晶粒长大缓慢,1010℃时初次晶粒尺寸为25.9μm;初次晶粒织构集中在{113},异常长大的晶粒为位向准确的高斯取向晶粒。 The microscopic structures and crystal textures of a high magnetic oriented silicon steel were analyzed by OM and XRD.The results showed that:the temperature interval of secondary recrystallization of high magnetic oriented silicon steel is between 1015℃and 1030℃;the first recrystallized grains grew slowly before the Goss grain grows abnormally,and the initial grain size at 1010℃is 25.9μm;the primary grain texture is concentrated at{113},and the abnormally grown grains are accurate Goss orientation grains.
