自保温墙体冷热桥部位保温材料选择的技术分析

摘要 因目前已建工程外墙外保温的脱离问题比较严重,多数地区设计开始推行自保温外墙设计,自保温外墙中的梁、柱、二次构造结构防冷热桥的节能构造是设计过程中的关注重点,也是施工中的一个难点。为了便于施工,减少施工工序和保证成型质量,防冷热桥保温材料的选择将是设计阶段考虑的重点项,因此如何选择合适的节能材料也是整个设计阶段考虑的重点。本期刊结合江苏省区域的情况进行描述,通过从不同保温材料的技术参数、施工流程、成本管控、材料市场通行率等多个角度进行技术分析,以保证选择合理的保温材料来达到节能、成本、施工最优化。其经验可供相应区域设计和施工参考。 Due to the serious issue of detachment from the external insulation of existing projects,most regions have begun to implement self insulation exterior wall design.The energy-saving construction of beams,columns,and secondary structural anti cold and hot bridges in the self insulation exterior wall is a key focus in the design process and also a difficult point in construction.In order to facilitate construction,reduce construction procedures,and ensure molding quality,the selection of insulation materials for cold and hot bridges will be a key consideration in the design phase.Therefore,how to choose suitable energy-saving materials is also a key consideration in the entire design phase.This journal describes the regional situation in Jiangsu Province and conducts technical analysis from multiple perspectives such as technical parameters,construction processes,cost control,and material market usage of different insulation materials to ensure the selection of reasonable insulation materials to achieve energy-saving,cost,and construction optimization.Its experience can provide reference for the design and construction of corresponding areas.
