摘要
目的探讨联合同伴支持服务模式对社区严重精神障碍康复的效果。方法选取本市社区内在册管理的符合入组条件的严重精神障碍患者80例,随机分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组则采用常规药物治疗加定期随访模式,观察组增加为期1年的同伴支持服务模式。比较两组基线、3个月、6个月、1年PANSS量表、社会功能评定量表(SSPI)及病耻感评分。结果观察组PANSS量表、病耻感评分低于对照组,社会功能评定量表评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同伴支持可促进社区严重精神障碍患者康复。
Objective To investigate the impact of intervention management of community patients with severe mental disorders in combination with peer support service model.Methods Eighty patients with severe mental disorder who met the entry criteria were selected and randomly divided into 40 cases in the study group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group was managed with conventional medication and regular follow-ups.The observation group added peer support service model for 1 year.The negative and positive symptom scale(PANSS)scale,the social functioning inventory(SSPI)and the stigma scores were used to compare the two groups at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after the implementation of the peer support service.Results The PANSS scale and stigma scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the social functioning scale scores were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support can promote the rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders in the community.
