摘要
目的:探讨基于医联体的早期综合康复治疗用于急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年1月在华泾镇社区卫生服务中心行康复治疗的62例ACI患者的临床资料,根据出院后康复治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组和研究组各31例,对照组采取常规居家康复治疗,研究组采取基于医联体的早期综合康复治疗。比较两组干预前(出院第1天)、干预后(出院后3个月)的生活自理能力[日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)]、神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)]及生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果:干预后,研究组ADL、FMA、SF-36评分均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于医联体的早期综合康复治疗用于ACI患者能提高运动功能、生活自理能力和生命质量,减轻神经功能缺损程度,效果优于常规康复治疗。
Objective:To explore effects of medical alliance-based early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:The clinical data of 62 patients with ACI who underwent rehabilitation treatment in Huajing Town Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different rehabilitation methods after discharge,these patients were divided into control group and study group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine home rehabilitation,while the study group was treated with the medical alliance-based early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The scores of self-care ability[activity of daily living scale(ADL)],neurological function[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)],motor function[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)],and quality of life[short form-36 health survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups before(the first day after discharge)and after the intervention(3 months after discharge).Results:After the intervention,the scores of ADL,FMA and SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The medical alliance-based early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the motor function,the self-care ability and the quality of life of the patients with ACI,and reduce the degree of neurological deficits.Moreover,it is superior to routine rehabilitation therapy.
