静脉血栓栓塞症风险评估工具的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)发病隐匿,具有高发生率、高死亡率、高误诊率、高漏诊率的特点,已成为院内非预期死亡的重要原因之一,严重威胁患者生命安全,增加医疗费用负担。VTE的发生是一个受多种因素综合影响的复杂过程,且不同科室、不同特征患者的危险因素各有不同。根据不同人群及疾病特征合理选择恰当的VTE风险评估工具,精准识别VTE发生风险,并准确进行风险分层,是临床及时实施针对性预防干预的关键,对降低VTE发生率至关重要。因此,本文现对内科、外科、妇产科、肿瘤科4个专科领域常用的VTE风险评估工具的研究现状和应用进展进行综述,旨在为临床医护人员对VTE风险评估工具的正确识别和合理选择运用提供参考。 Vein thromboembolism(VTE)is characterized by high incidence,high mortality,high misdiagnosis rate and high missed diagnosis rate.It has become one of the important causes of unexpected death in hospital,which seriously threatens the life safety of patients and increases the burden of medical expenses.The occurrence of VTE is a complex process influenced by multiple factors,and the risk factors vary among different departments and patients with different characteristics.Reasonably selecting appropriate VTE risk assessment tools based on different populations and disease characteristics,accurately identifying the risk of VTE occurrence,and accurately stratifying the risk are the key to timely implementation of targeted preventive interventions in clinical practice,and are crucial for reducing the incidence of VTE.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research status and application progress of VTE risk assessment tools commonly used in 4 specialty fields of internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,and oncology,aiming to provide references for clinical medical staff to correctly identify and rationally select and use VTE risk assessment tools.
