摘要
基于产教融合视角,加大高校师资队伍的建设力度,已经成为应用型高校人才培养的重要保障,并能服务于地区经济发展。应用型高校应探索师资队伍发展存在的不良问题,找寻问题成因,并通过转变教师的思想认知加强教师内生动力,多措并举提升教师的实践能力,基于制度导向提高办学质量,优化配置高校教育资源,通过开展课程思政建设提升企业导师的综合素质,建立企业导师发展中心促进其自主发展,以提高高校师资队伍质量。
From the perspective of integration of industry and education,increasing the construction of university faculty has become an important guarantee for talent cultivation in applied universities and can serve regional economic development.Applied universities should explore the negative problems in the development of their teaching staff,identify the causes of the problems,and strengthen the internal motivation of teachers by changing their ideological cognition.Multiple measures should be taken to enhance the practical ability of teachers,improve the quality of education based on institutional guidance,optimize the allocation of university education resources,enhance the comprehensive quality of enterprise mentors through curriculum ideological and political construction,and establish a development center for enterprise mentors to promote their independent development,to improve the quality of the teaching staff in universities.
