摘要
伺服控制是现代数控机床中重要的控制与驱动技术,具有典型的软硬件结合特征,涉及到计算机、电气、机械等多个传统学科的最新技术体系,伺服控制技术的合理应用对提升数控机床性能有显著作用。为促进伺服控制技术更好地应用于数控机床产品,该文介绍了机床数字控制技术特征,分析了伺服控制系统的应用价值及技术体系组成与原理,强调了数控加工伺服控制技术的提升方向。
Servo control is an important control and drive technology in modern CNC machine tools,with typical characteristics of software and hardware combination,involving the latest technical system of computer,electrical,mechanical and other traditional disciplines,and the reasonable application of servo control technology has a significant effect on improving the performance of CNC machine tools.In order to promote the better application of servo control technology to CNC machine tool products,this paper introduces the characteristics of digital control technology of machine tools,analyzes the application value of servo control system,the composition and principle of technical system,and emphasizes the improvement direction of CNC machining servo control technology.
