摘要
文章基于道路网络优化前提下的农村公路项目前期规划研究,首先阐述了农村公路项目规划的意义及规划要点,并对农村公路网络现存的问题进行了分析,分别从网络等级结构、农村公路交叉口通行能力以及农村公路路网密度进行了说明。在文章最后,从优化并改善农村公路主体设计、重点加强农村公路的施工、提高农村公路施工项目资金监管、完善农村公路招投标行为、科学化的设计农村公路管理质量标准、保障农村公路网络设计优势等角度,对农村公路建设前期的规划进行了对策总结。
Based on the preliminary planning research of rural highway project under the premise of road network optimization,this paper first expounds the significance and planning points of rural highway project planning,analyzes the existing problems of rural highway network,and explains them from the perspectives of network hierarchy structure,rural highway intersection capacity and rural highway network density.At the end of the article,from the perspectives of optimizing and improving the main design of rural roads,focusing on strengthening the construction of rural roads,improving the fund supervision of rural road construction projects,improving the bidding behavior of rural roads,scientifically designing the quality standards of rural road management,and ensuring the advantages of rural road network design,the countermeasures for the planning of rural road construction in the early stage are summarized.
