摘要
本文在简要介绍悬臂振动筛的基础上,利用EDEM软件建立了振动筛的有限元模型。结果表明,该模型筛分前期的筛分效率急剧增加,随时间的延长,筛分效率逐渐趋于稳定状态。采用单一变量控制方法,分别研究了筛杆长度、筛面倾角、振动幅度、振动频率对筛分效率的影响规律,当筛杆长度为500 mm、筛面倾角为18°、振动幅度为3.5 mm、振动频率为18 Hz时,筛分效率最高。
Based on a brief introduction to the cantilever vibrating screen,this paper establishes a finite element model of the vibrating screen using EDEM software.The results showed that the screening efficiency of the model increased sharply in the early stage of screening,and gradually stabilized with time.Using a single variable control method,the effects of screen rod length,screen surface inclination angle,vibration amplitude,and vibration frequency on screening efficiency were studied.It was found that the screening efficiency was highest when the screen rod length was 500 mm,screen surface inclination angle was 18°,vibration amplitude was 3.5 mm,and vibration frequency was 18 Hz.
