基于改进PSO算法的光伏发电系统负荷参数辨识方法

摘要 常规的光伏发电系统负荷参数辨识方法主要使用混沌海鸥组合算法优化目标辨识函数,易受静态负荷的影响,导致参数辨识收敛速度偏低。因此,需要基于改进PSO算法设计一种全新的光伏发电系统负荷参数辨识方法,即利用改进PSO算法设计负荷参数辨识策略,根据光伏阵列特征调整光伏发电系统逆变器统一控制器参数,从而实现光伏发电系统负荷参数辨识。实验结果表明,设计的光伏发电系统负荷参数改进PSO算法辨识方法到达平均最优位置花费的辨识次数较少,收敛速度较高,辨识效果较好,具有可靠性和一定的应用价值。 The conventional load parameter identification method of photovoltaic power generation system mainly uses the combination of chaos and seagull optimization algorithm chaotic seagull combination algorithm to optimize the target identification function,which is vulnerable to static load,resulting in low Rate of convergence speed of parameter identification.Therefore,a new load parameter identification method of photovoltaic power generation system needs to be designed based on improved PSO algorithm.That is,the improved PSO algorithm is used to design the load parameter identification strategy,and the unified controller parameters of the inverter of the photovoltaic power generation system are adjusted according to the characteristics of the photovoltaic system,thus realizing the load parameter identification of the photovoltaic power generation system.The experimental results show that the designed improved PSO algorithm identification method for load parameters of photovoltaic power generation system takes less identification times to reach the average optimal position,the rate of convergence is higher,identification effect is better,with reliability and certain application value.
