柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤在神经精神系统疾病中的应用及作用机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤为中医经典名方,具有和解少阳、通阳泄热、镇静安神之功。现代研究发现,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤主要通过抗氧化应激、抗感染、调节神经可塑性、调节神经递质、调节肠道菌群等机制发挥治疗神经精神系统疾病的作用。临床上该方被广泛应用于治疗癫痫、失眠、阿尔茨海默病、抑郁、帕金森病等神经精神系统疾病且效果显著。本文就柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤调节神经精神系统疾病的作用机制及其临床及实验研究进行综述,为柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的深入研究提供理论依据,明确未来研究方向。 Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction is a classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effects of reconciling Shaoyang,promoting yang circulation and relieving heat,and calming nerves.Modern studies have found that Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction plays a role in the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases mainly through the mechanisms of anti-oxidative stress,anti-infection,regulation of neuroplasticity,regulation of neurotransmitters,regulation of intestinal flora,and other mechanisms.Clinically,the prescription has been widely used in the treatment of epilepsy,insomnia,Alzheimer’s disease,depression,Parkinson disease,and other neuropsychiatric diseases with remarkable curative effect.This article reviews the mechanism of action,clinical and experimental studies of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in regulating neuropsychiatric diseases,providing theoretical basis for the in-depth study of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,and clarifying the research direction in future.
