摘要
目的:分析1例头孢哌酮舒巴坦致患者凝血功能异常病例的治疗过程,探讨临床药师在患者安全用药方面的作用。方法:临床药师对引起患者凝血功能异常的原因进行分析,对患者的治疗过程提出药学建议,并开展药学监护,患者出院后进行药学随访。结果:临床药师结合患者状况并查阅文献,分析该药物不良反应由头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠导致,建议换用对患者凝血功能影响小的哌拉西林他唑巴坦,同时给于双歧杆菌活菌辅助治疗,患者凝血功能逐渐恢复正常。结论:临床药师通过参与患者的治疗过程,开展药学监护,确保患者安全合理用药。
Objective:To analyze the treatment process of a case of cefoperazone sulbactam causing coagulation abnormalities in a patient and to discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in the safe use of medication in patients.Methods:Clinical pharmacists analyzed the causes of coagulation abnormalities in patients,make pharmacological recommendations for the patients’treatment process,and carry out pharmacological monitoring and pharmacological follow-up after patients were discharged from the hospital.Results:The clinical pharmacist,taking into account the patients’condition and reviewing the literature,analyzed that the adverse drug reaction was caused by cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and recommended switching to piperacillin tazobactam,which has less effect on the patients’coagulation function,as well as giving Bifidobacterium bifidum live adjuvant therapy.The patients’coagulation function gradually returned to normal.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists ensure the safe and rational use of medication by participating in the patients’treatment process and carrying out pharmacological monitoring.
