摘要
目的:总结中医院护理人员平衡火罐技术培训的实践经验,提升中医护理人员拔罐类技术辨证应用能力,为临床中医护理提供依据。方法:成立平衡火罐技术学组,学组实施内部管理,制定管理制度和培训方案并组织实施。培训方案侧重于培养学组成员拔罐类技术辨证应用能力,包括中医基础知识、技术操作、临证实践3个模块,内容涵盖病情观察、藏象学说、经络学说、辨证要点、个案书写、护理门诊跟诊。结果:经过30个月的培训,构建平衡火罐技术标准化流程,学组成员掌握拔罐类各种手法及平衡火罐操作流程,实现学组成员操作同质化;梳理平衡火罐技术临证应用方案12个。结论:通过实施平衡火罐技术学组的带教模式,能够有效提升中医护理人员中医护理理论水平和临证施术能力,平衡火罐技术学组的推行模式,为中医护理技术规范化培训及推广应用提供有效借鉴。
Objective:To summarize the practical experience of balanced fire cupping technique training for nursing staff in Chinese medicine hospitals,and to enhance the ability of Chinese medicine nursing staff to apply cupping-type techniques to identify evidence.Methods:The Balanced Fire Jar Technology Group was established,and the group implemented internal management,developed management systems and training programs,and organized their implementation.The training program focused on developing the ability of cupping-type techniques to identify and apply evidence for the members of the group,including 3 modules on basic knowledge of Chinese medicine,technical operation,and clinical practice,covering observation of illnesses,the doctrine of Tibetan phenomena,the doctrine of meridians and collaterals,key points in identifying evidence,case writing,and nursing outpatient follow up.Results:After 30 months of training,the standardized process of balanced fire cupping technology was constructed,and the members of the school group mastered various techniques of cupping and the operation process of balanced fire cupping to achieve the homogenization of the operation of the members of the school group.12 protocols for the clinical application of balanced fire cupping technology were sorted out.Conclusion:Through the implementation of the teaching mode of the Balanced Fire Cupping Technology Group,the theoretical level of TCM nursing and the ability of clinical practice of TCM nursing staff were effectively enhanced,and the implementation mode of the Balanced Fire Cupping Technology Group provided effective reference for the standardized training and promotion of the application of TCM nursing technology.
