Research Status and Prospect of TiC Steel-Bonded Cemented Carbide

摘要 钢结硬质合金因其高硬度及良好的耐磨性,目前广泛应用于新型工具材料及工模具。概述了TiC钢结硬质合金的硬质相与黏结相成分设计对材料组织、性能的影响,介绍了TiC钢结硬质合金的制备方法。粉末冶金工艺仍是主流方法,阐述了粉末冶金方法中球磨、压制和烧结工艺的优化方法,而原位合成法、液压浸渗法和钢结硬质合金表面涂层也因其低成本和性能优异充满发展潜力。最后分析了TiC钢结硬质合金当前的不足,并展望了其未来的发展趋势。 Steel-bonded cemented carbide is widely used in new tool materials and molds due to its high hardness and good wear resistance.The influence of the composition design of hard phase and binder phase of TiC steel-bonded cemented carbide on the microstructure and performance of the material is outlined,and preparation methods of TiC steel-bonded cemented carbide are also introduced.Among these methods,powder metallurgy process is still the mainstream method,and the optimization of ball milling,pressing,and sintering process in the powder metallurgy method is elaborated.In addition,in-situ synthesis method,hydraulic infiltration method,and surface coating of steel-bonded cemented carbide show great development potentials due to their low cost and excellent performance.Finally,the current shortcomings of TiC steel-bonded cemented carbide are analyzed and its future development trend is prospected.
