磷酸二氢钾对春小麦叶绿素含量及干物质积累的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究塔城地区春小麦高产栽培技术,采用种肥分离、窄行匀播两种播种方式,研究开花期喷施磷酸二氢钾对春小麦品种核春137叶绿素含量及干物质积累的影响。结果表明,在种肥分施种植模式下,与开花期喷施200 g/667 m^(2)磷酸二氢钾及不喷施处理相比,喷施100 g/667 m^(2)磷酸二氢钾的处理,花后35 d SPAD值、单株穗干重、籽粒千粒重均显著提高,但单株叶干重较低;而在窄行匀播种植模式下,与不喷施磷酸二氢钾的处理相比,喷施100 g/667 m^(2)及200 g/667 m^(2)的处理,花后35 d SPAD值、单株叶干重、单株穗干重均有所提高,但籽粒千粒重降低。以上结果说明,在种肥分施种植模式下,适量喷施磷酸二氢钾有助于延缓SPAD值的下降,促进籽粒千粒重的提高,而在窄行匀播种植模式下,喷施磷酸二氢钾反而促进了叶片的衰老,降低了籽粒千粒重。 In order to explore the high-yield cultivation techniques of spring wheat in Tacheng,two sowing methods,seed-fertilizer separation and narrow row uniform sowing,were adopted,effects of Monopotassium phosphate on chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation of spring wheat variety Hechun 137 were studied.The results showed that the treatment of spraying 200 g/667 m^(2) Monopotassium phosphate at flowering stage compared with the treatment of spraying 100 g/667 m^(2) Monopotassium phosphate at flowering stage,at 35 days after anthesis,Spad,ear dry weight per plant and 1000-grain weight per plant were significantly increased,but leaf dry weight per plant was lower,while under uniform seeding with narrow rows,compared with the treatment without Monopotassium phosphate spraying,Spad,ear dry weight per plant and 1000-grain weight per plant were significantly increased,but leaf dry weight per plant was lower,spraying 100 g/667 m^(2) and 200 g/667 m^(2) treatments increased SPAD value,leaf dry weight per plant and ear dry weight per plant at 35 days after anthesis,but decreased 1000-grain weight.The above results suggested that under the split-seeding model,spraying appropriate amount of Monopotassium phosphate fertilizer could delay the decline of SPAD value and promote the increase of 1000-grain weight.However,under the narrow row and uniform seeding model,spraying Monopotassium phosphate promoted leaf senescence and reduced 1000-seed weight.
