摘要
本文采用不同种类复合掺合料配制机制砂混凝土。基于基准配合比设置了六组实验组及四组对照组,并通过单轴压缩试验研究了砂率、复合掺合料占比及种类对混凝土抗压强度的影响,此外通过借助三轴压缩试验对试验结果进行了补充。结果表明,当原料中掺入的复合掺合料的种类为FS40、FS55及FP55时,所制成高石粉含量机制砂混凝土能具备较好的抗压强度。此外FS55及FP55类别的混凝土配合比中合适砂率为0.42左右,FS40类别合适的掺合料占比为约8.8%,而掺合料占比约为8%~8.8%时对FP40类别的影响不大。
In this paper,different types of composite admixtures are used to prepare mechanism sand concrete.Six experimental groups and four control groups were set up based on the benchmark mix ratio,and the effects of sand ratio,composite admixture proportion,and type on the compressive strength of concrete were studied through uniaxial compression tests.In addition,the test results were supplemented by triaxial compression tests.The results indicate that when the types of composite admixtures added to the raw materials are FS40,FS55,and FP55,the high stone powder content machine made sand concrete can have good compressive strength.In addition,the appropriate sand ratio in the concrete mix proportions of FS55 and FP55 categories is about 0.42,and the appropriate proportion of FS40 category admixtures is about 8.8%.When the proportion of admixtures is about 8%~8.8%,the impact on FP40 category is not significant.
