循环水中锌盐缓蚀剂锌离子异常超标原因分析

摘要 在循环水系统中,锌盐是最常用的阴极型缓蚀剂,锌离子在管道表面形成氢氧化锌沉淀膜,对管道起保护作用。针对某公司循环水发生的锌离子异常超标问题,通过分析生产装置的工艺介质物料特性以及物料泄漏到循环水中的状态,最终确定泄漏源和泄漏水冷器,及时稳定了循环水质。对泄漏原因进行了深入分析,为循环水系统的快速查漏提供了依据。 In the circulating water system,zinc salt is the most commonly used cathodic corrosion inhibitor.Zinc ions form a zinc hydroxide precipitation film on the surface of the pipeline,which plays a role in corrosion protection of the pipeline.At a company,zinc ions in the circulating water exceeded the standard abnormally.Based on the characteristics of the process medium materials in the production unit as well as the signs of the material leaking into the circulating water,the leakage source and leakage water cooler were finally determined;meanwhile,the quality of circulating water was stabilized in time.Moreover,the cause of leakage was examined thoroughly,which provided a basis for rapid leak detection of circulating water system.
