摘要
南昌绿地朝阳中心4-1#楼结构大屋面高度195.80m。在做到整体结构安全、适用、经济的前提下,着重考虑了一些结构关键部位的细节设计,如核心筒竖向收进处,除在构造上采取过渡措施外,通过弹塑性分析进一步找出结构薄弱部位,并针对性地给出了加强配筋等措施;针对常规的型钢混凝土梁柱节点采用了一种新型的双梁节点,以便于施工,并通过节点有限元分析证明了其受力传递的可靠性;对核心筒连梁采取一拆为二的双连梁方式,既能保证一定的结构刚度,又便于管线敷设,保证建筑净高;对框架柱与地下室外墙交接处混凝土强度等级不同的问题,给出了一种二次浇筑的节点做法。
The structural large roof height of the 4-1#building in Nanchang Greenland Chaoyang Center is 195.80m.On the premise of ensuring the safety,applicability and economy of the overall structure,the detailed design of some key parts of the structure were focused,for example,on the floor of the vertical shrinkage of the core tube,in addition to taking structural transitional measures,the weak parts of the structure through elastic-plastic analysis were further identified and targeted reinforcement measures were provided;a new type of double beam joint was used for the conventional joint of the SRC column and beam to facilitate construction,and the reliability of the force transfer was proved by finite element analysis of the joint;The core tube spandrel was divided into two,which not only could ensure a certain structural stiffness,but also facilitate pipeline laying and ensure the building’s clear height;to solve the problem of different strength grades of concrete at the junction of frame column and basement wall,a joint method of secondary pouring was given.
