草鱼养殖池塘分子氨和亚硝酸盐生态适宜度评价基准初探 被引量:1

Preliminary Study on Ecological Suitability Evaluation Benchmark of Ammonia and Nitrite in Grass Carp Aquaculture Pond

摘要 在中国淡水池塘养殖中,草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)是年产量最大的品种,其发展前景广阔。池塘中分子氨和亚硝酸盐浓度(ρ)高低对其生存和健康生长至关重要。本文将分子氨和亚硝酸盐对草鱼生长和生存的生态适宜度划分为5个等级期,并系统梳理了国内外涉及氨和亚硝酸盐对草鱼生理生态影响的研究结果。以此为基础研究确定了5个生态适宜度等级期ρ的基准范围。具体结果为:对分子氨(ρ以NH_(3)计),死亡期ρ>0.52 mg/L、危险期ρ的范围为(0.37,0.52]mg/L、影响期ρ的范围为(0.05,0.37]mg/L、正常期ρ的范围为(0.02,0.05]mg/L和最适期ρ≤0.02 mg/L;对亚硝酸盐(ρ以N计),死亡期ρ>5.00 mg/L、危险期ρ的范围为(0.80,5.00]mg/L、影响期ρ的范围为(0.10,0.80]mg/L、正常期ρ的范围为(0.05,0.10]mg/L和最适期ρ≤0.05 mg/L。 Grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)is the fish with largest annual yield and vast prospects in China.The concentration of ammonia and nitrite(ρ)in ponds are very important for its survival and healthy growth.The ecological suitability of ammonia and nitrite for the growth and survival of grass carp was divided into five grades.We systematically sort out the research results on the effects of ammonia and nitrite on the physiology and ecology of grass carp at home and abroad.On this basis,we determined the benchmarks for five ecological suitability grade periods.The benchmarks ofρare as follows:death periodρ>0.52 mg/L,dangerous periodρ=(0.37,0.52]mg/L,influence periodρ=(0.05,0.37]mg/L,normal periodρ=(0.02,0.05]mg/L and optimal periodρ≤0.02 mg/L for ammonia(measured in NH_(3));and death periodρ>5.00 mg/L,dangerous periodρ=(0.80,5.00]mg/L,influence periodρ=(0.10,0.80]mg/L,normal periodρ=(0.05,0.10]mg/L and optimal periodρ≤0.05 mg/L for nitrite(measured in N).
