摘要
主要介绍了哈尔乌素露天煤矿实际生产过程中发生的常见故障判断及处理方法,如变压器故障、分线箱故障、电缆耦合器故障、电缆故障,并给出相应的故障解决方法。通过供电设备进行科学故障诊断和分析,采取相应措施,不断提高供电设备的维护效率,从而保障供电系统安全稳定运行。
Based on the actual production situation of the Mine,this paper mainly introduces the common diagnosis and elimination methods of faults that occur in the actual production process of Ha'erwusu Openpit Coal Mine,such as transformer failure,junction box failure,cable coupler failure,and cable failure,and provides corresponding troubleshooting solutions.Through scientific fault diagnosis and analysis of power sup⁃ply equipment,it takes corresponding measures to continuously improve the maintenance efficiency of power supply equipment,thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of power supply system.
