摘要
该文根据黄骅港站的现场作业特点和车站作业细则规定,分析黄骅港站站内股道试风作业现状,针对站内试风作业环节存在的人工作业效率低、安全程度差、现场人员配合程度不高等问题,提出黄骅港站智能试风技术方案,运用智能试风装置实现列尾风压的自动采集,同时基于5G网络实现数据的汇聚交互传输,并通过手持终端的界面提示向司机呈现试风作业效果,最终实现以司机为核心的高安全、高可靠、高效率自主作业,达到减员增效的目的,推进车站运输生产质量的进一步提高。
According to the characteristics of on-site operation and the operation rules of Huanghua Port station,this paper analyzes the current situation of the compartment brake testing in the channel of Huanghua Port Station.Aiming at the problems of low manual efficiency,poor safety and low cooperation degree of on-site personnel in the process of the compartment brake testing in the station,the intelligent compartment brake testing technology scheme of Huanghua Port Station is proposed,and the intelligent compartment brake testing device is used to realize automatic collection of wind pressure at the end of the line.At the same time,data convergence and interactive transmission are realized based on the 5G network,and the pilot operation effect is presented to the driver through the interface prompt of the handheld terminal,and the autonomous operation with high safety,high reliability and high efficiency is finally realized with the driver as the core,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency,and promote the further improvement of the transport production quality of the station.
