基于蓝晶石尾矿制备莫来石-高硅氧玻璃复相材料研究

摘要 为高效资源化利用蓝晶石尾矿,以蓝晶石尾矿为原料,加黄糊精和水,压制成?50 mm×50 mm的生坯,经1 400、1 500、1 600、1 650℃保温3 h热处理制备莫来石-高硅氧玻璃复相材料试样,借助XRD和SEM研究其抗碱侵蚀行为。结果发现:经1 400、1 500℃热处理后试样中高硅氧玻璃相含量低,气孔以开口气孔为主,抗碱侵蚀性较差;而1 600、1 650℃热处理后试样中形成较多的高硅氧玻璃相,气孔主要以闭口气孔为主,侵蚀仅发生在表面区域,抗碱侵蚀性与莫来石化后红柱石的相当,抗碱侵蚀性优异。 To efficiently utilize kyanite tailings,mullite-high silica glass composite materials were prepared using kyanite tailings as the raw material,adding corn starch and water,pressing into green bodies with dimensions of∅50 mm×50 mm,and firing at 1400,1500,1600 and 1650℃for 3 h.Afterwards,the alkali resistance of these fired specimens was examined by XRD and SEM.The results show that the composites obtained at 1400 and 1500℃exhibit low glass phase contents,mainly open pores,and poor alkali attack resistance;in contrast to that,the composite materials treated at 1600 and 1650℃display higher high-silica glass phase contents and predominantly closed pores;their alkali attack happens mainly on the surface,which is comparable to mullitized andalusite,showing excellent alkali resistance.
