摘要
目的比较不同碎石方式在输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾结石中的应用效果。方法120例行输尿管软镜碎石术治疗的肾结石患者根据碎石方式的不同分为两组,A组采用“粉末法”碎石,B组采用“碎块法”碎石。比较两组的手术指标、结石清除率及并发症。结果两组的术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的手术时间长于A组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,B组的结石清除率为91.67%,高于A组的70.00%(P<0.05);两组术后2个月、3个月的结石清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾结石患者采用输尿管软镜碎石术治疗时,“碎块法”碎石较“粉末法”碎石所需时间更长,但短期内结石清除率更高。
Objective To compare the application effects of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy with different lithotripsy methods in the treatment ofrenal calculi.Methods 120 patients with renal calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy were divided into two groups according to the dfferent lithotripsy methods.Group A used"powder method"lithotripsy,and group B used"basketing method"lithotripsy.The surgical indicators,stone clearance rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the intraoperative blood loss amount and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05),and the operation time of group B was longer than that of group A(P<0.05).One month afer surgery,the stone clearance rate of group B was 91.67%,higher than 70.00%of group A(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in stone clearance rates at 2 months and 3 months after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions For patients with renal calculi who were treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,"basketing method"lithotripsy requires longer time than"powder method"lithotripsy,but the short-term stone clearance rate is higher.
