摘要
基于土木工程类专业国际化创新人才培养需求,以与九州工业大学的国际交流合作项目为例,针对日方高校培养模式特点和培养要求,结合教师团队留学和访学经验,提出了以“2+1+1”国际化联合培养、“研究生预科”定向培养、科研国际化意识培养、科学评价体系及师资队伍建设等为特色的新型国际化创新人才培养模式。
Based on the training needs of international innovative talents for cooperation training talents in civil engineering majors,taking the international exchange and cooperation project with Kyushu Institute of Technology(Japan)as an example,the training mode system of cooperative training talents in civil engineering majors characterized by"2+1+1"joint training,"pre graduate"orientation training,and scientific research awareness training and scientific evaluation system and construction of teaching staff have been proposed.
