摘要
本研究旨在探讨共同富裕背景下职业教育中产教融合育人模式的有效实施,以提高中等职业教育的教学质量和培养高质量职业人才。在方法方面,本文采用了实地深度问卷调查的方式,对政府、企业、中职学校和学生4个主体进行调查,并对问卷调查结果进行分析和比较。结果显示,产教融合不足、产教融合权责不明,导致人才培养效果大打折扣。因此,我们需要采用具体化、责任化、一体化的方式推进产教融合,并在政府主导下逐步强化产教融合共同体的作用以及逐步推进产教融合共同体的建设。这对于提高中等职业教育的教学质量、培养符合市场需求的高质量职业人才具有非常重要的意义。
This study aims to explore the effective implementation of integration of industry and education model in vocational education under the background of common prosperity so as to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational education and train high-quality vocational talents.In the aspect of method,this article conducts an in-depth field questionnaire survey on four subjects:government,enterprises,secondary vocational schools,and students of secondary vocational schools and analyzes and compares the results of the questionnaire.The results show that the authority and responsibility in the integration of industry and education are unclear,and the integration of industry and education is insufficient,which lead to a great loss to the effect of talent training.Therefore,the integration of industry and education should be promoted in a concrete,responsible and integrated way.The role of the integration community of industry and education should be gradually strengthened and the construction of the integration community of industry and education should be gradually promoted under the leadership of the government.It is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational education and to cultivate high-quality vocational talents in line with the market demand.
