胆汁酸对水产养殖的影响及其检测技术研究进展

摘要 胆汁酸是脊椎动物胆汁的重要成分,能够促进肠道对脂肪的消化和吸收,并有助于从血液和肝脏中去除不通过肾脏排泄的内源性和外源性物质。适量的胆汁酸能够有效地促进水产动物的生长,有助于提高养殖类水产品品质。本文综述了胆汁酸对水产养殖的影响及其检测技术研究进展,旨在为胆汁酸在水产养殖中的深入研究和开发应用提供科学依据,并为监管部门及检测机构制订水产品中胆汁酸残留检测技术标准提供参考。 Bile acid is an important component of vertebrate bile.Bile acid can promote intestinal digestion and absorption of fat,and remove endogenous and exogenous substances from blood and liver that are not excreted by the kidney.Appropriate amount of bile acid can effectively promote the growth of aquatic animals and improve the aquaculture environment.In this paper,the progress of bile acid impact on aquaculture and its detection technology are reviewed.It can provide reference for testing institutions and regulatory departments to develop bile acid related testing technical standards and aquaculture use limits,and is of great significance to serve the healthy development of aquaculture.
