猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌新疆株分离鉴定及生物学特性研究

摘要 新疆南疆某规模猪场发生疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎,为确定其病原,对采集的发病猪肺脏样品进行了细菌分离、生化试验、PCR检测、药敏试验、动物致病性试验等。结果表明,从该规模养猪场分离获得1株猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌,经生物学特性分析、PCR检测鉴定为APP生物Ⅰ型、血清型1型。致病性试验结果显示该分离株对小鼠具有致病性,药敏试验显示该菌株对环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星等喹诺酮类药物具有敏感性。经耐药基因检测分析,该病原为携带floR耐药基因的血清型1型猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌。 A suspected porcine contagious pleuropneumonia has occurred in a large-scale pig farm in Southern Xinjiang.In order to identify the pathogen,the corrent study conducted bacterial isolation,biochemical test,PCR test,drug sensitivity test and animal pathogenicity test on lung samples collected from the infected pigs.The results showed that a strain of infectious Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae was isolated from this scale pig farm and identified as APP biotypeⅠand serovar 1 according to biological characteristics analysis and PCR.The pathogenicity test results showed that the strain was pathogenic to mice.The drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,norfloxacin and other quinolones.The drug resistance gene was analyzed that the pathogen was identified as Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serovar 1 with floR gene.
