摘要
目的:观察信息化管理联合细节管理在中药调剂室中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年5月中药调剂室采用信息化管理联合细节管理的300张处方,设为观察组,回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年5月采用细节管理的300张处方,设为对照组。比较两组中药调剂时间(高峰期缺药上架时间、高峰期平均候药时间、处方调剂时间)、中药调剂准确率、处方审核准确率、不良事件发生率和患者满意度评分。结果:观察组高峰期缺药上架时间、高峰期平均候药时间、处方调剂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中药调剂准确率和处方审核准确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为0.33%(1/300),低于对照组的2.67%(8/300),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化管理联合细节管理应用于中药调剂室可提高中药调剂准确率、处方审核准确率和患者满意度评分,缩短中药调剂时间,降低不良事件发生率,效果优于单纯细节管理。
Objective:To observe application effects of information management combined with detail management in TCM dispensing room.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 300 prescriptions from June 2022 to May 2023 in the TCM dispensing room after application of information management combined with detail management was set as the observation group.A retrospective analysis of 300 prescriptions after application of detailed management from June 2021 to May 2022 was set as the control group.The TCM dispensing time(the drug on-shelf time in the peak period,the average waiting time in the peak period,and the prescription dispensing time),the accuracy of TCM dispensing,the accuracy of prescription review,the incidence of adverse events,and the scores of patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The drug on-shelf time in the peak period,the average waiting time in the peak period and the prescription dispensing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of TCM dispensing and prescription review in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 0.33%(1/300),which was lower than 2.67%(8/300)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of information management combined with detail management in the TCM dispensing room can improve the accuracy of TCM dispensing,the accuracy of prescription audit and the scores of patient satisfaction,shorten the TCM dispensing time,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to single detail management.
