摘要
目的:观察集中式管理在消毒供应中心(CSSD)中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月该院CSSD的80名护理人员作为研究对象,2019年采用分散式管理,2020年1月至2021年1月采用集中式管理,比较两种管理方法下CSSD工作效率、CSSD工作人员工作技能评分和各科室对CSSD工作的满意度。结果:集中式管理下CSSD器械回收率、清洗合格率、消毒合格率、包装合格率均高于分散式管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);集中式管理下CSSD工作人员的机械清洗、人工清洁、消毒隔离、器械洗涤、器械回收技能评分均高于分散式管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);集中式管理下普外科、口腔科、神经外科、内镜室、妇产科、眼科等科室对CSSD工作的满意度评分均高于分散式管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集中式管理应用于CSSD可提高CSSD工作效率、工作人员工作技能评分和各科室对CSSD工作的满意度评分,效果优于分散式管理。
Objective:To observe application effects of centralized management in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods:80 nursing staffs of CSSD in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.In 2019,the decentralized management was adopted,and from January 2020 to January 2021,the centralized management was adopted.The work efficiency,the work skills score,and the satisfaction of each department to the work of CSSD staffs were compared between the two management methods.Results:The instrument recovery rate,the cleaning qualified rate,the disinfection qualified rate,and the packaging qualified rate of CSSD after the application of centralized management were higher than those after the application of decentralized management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mechanical cleaning,manual cleaning,disinfection and isolation,instrument washing and instrument recovery skills of CSSD staffs after the application of centralized management were higher than those after the application of decentralized management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction scores of general surgery,stomatology,neurosurgery,endoscopy room,obstetrics and gynecology,ophthalmology and other departments to the CSSD work in after the application of centralized managements were higher than those after the application of decentralized management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of centralized management in the CSSD can improve the work efficiency and the work skill scores of the CSSD staffs and improve the job satisfaction score of each department to CSSD work.Moreover,it is superior to the decentralized management.
