摘要
乡村教师队伍建设是我国教育发展的重难题。特岗计划和乡村教师支持计划等一系列政策引领着一大批青年走进了乡村学校,但政策只能“带来”教师,很难“留下”教师。作为乡村教育的未来,能否留住青年教师直接影响到当地教育的未来发展。本文借鉴社会建构理论,从客观现实和主观现实两个维度深入分析乡村新手教师林老师的日常生活,发现林老师主客观现实中错位的教育理念、错位的教师角色、错位的发展期待等影响了她的职业选择。而在主客观现实错位的背后是社会结构性困境的体现,是城市话语霸权下乡土文化的价值失落,是乡村学校面对“既要”“又要”的迷茫和无助,是乡村教师日复一日的“无意义感”和社会所倡导的“崇高价值感”带来的矛盾。
The construction of rural teacher teams is a major challenge in the development of education in China.A series of policies such as the Special Post Plan and the Rural Teacher Support Plan have led a large number of teachers to enter rural schools,but policies can only"bring"teachers,making it difficult to"keep"them.As the future of rural education,retaining young teachers directly affects the future development of local education.This article draws inspiration from the theory of social construction and deeply analyzes the daily life of rural novice teacher Lin from two dimensions:objective reality and subjective reality.It is found that Lin s subjective and objective educational concepts,teacher roles,and development expectations have influenced her career choices.Behind the dislocation of subjective and objective reality is the manifestation of social structural difficulties.It is the loss of value of rural culture under the hegemony of urban discourse,the confusion and helplessness of rural schools facing a large number of tasks,and the contradiction brought about by the daily"unintentional sense"of rural teachers and the"noble sense of value"advocated by society.
