摘要
文章介绍了一种轨道车辆制动系统用电空转换模块,该模块采用标准化设计,可接收充气斜率、排气斜率、目标压力值等指令信息以控制空气压力按照指令信息变化,同时检测模块内部关键零部件寿命及健康状态。作为轨道车辆制动系统的核心控制组成,该模块可用于动力集中电动车组制动系统、城轨车辆制动系统等多个领域,将有助于推动制动系统未来小型化、智能化的发展趋势。
This article describes an electro-pneumatic changeover module for the braking system of rail vehicle.Designed according to standards,this module can receive the command information such as air charging slope,exhaust slope and target pressure value to control the variation of the air pressure according to the command,and meanwhile it can detect the lifetime and the health condition of the critical parts and components inside the module.As a core control assembly of the braking system of rail vehicle,this module can be used in multiple fields such as the braking system of centralized power EMU and the braking system of urban rail vehicle and is favorable to push the future development towards small and intelligent braking systems.
