海域宽带融合通信系统在海上风电场运行监测中的应用

摘要 海上风电产业施工和作业难度大,作业风险和技术风险高,因此在安全生产监测、远程运维和调度指挥等方面提出了迫切的高标准需求,而海域宽带通信系统的建设是满足以上需求的先决条件。海域宽带融合通信系统具有通信距离远、地理环境受限少、安装部署快等优点,是“信息孤岛”与外界通信的有效手段。本文通过构建海域宽带专网通信系统,为海上风电场实时监测与管理提供稳定可靠的信息承载平台,可以克服目前海上风机使用过程中人工检修效率低、成本高、服务不及时的问题,实现了运营公司对风机及巡检船的实时视频监控和语音通信,满足其在安全作业和指挥调度方面的迫切需求。 The construction and operation of offshore wind power industry are difficult,and the operational and technical risks are high.Therefore,there is an urgent need for high standards in safety production monitoring,remote operation and maintenance,and guidance.The construction of broadband communication system in the sea area is a prerequisite to meet the above needs.The maritime broadband integrated communication system has the advantages of long communication distance,less geographical environment restriction,fast installation and deployment,and is an effective means of"information island"communication with the outside world.This paper provides a stable and reliable information bearing plaform for the real-time monitoring and management of offshore wind farms by building a maritime broadband private network communication system,which can overcome the problems of low effciency,high cost and untimely service of manual maintenance during the use of offshore wind turbines,realize the real-time video monitoring and voice communication of operating companies for wind turbines and patrol ships,and meet their urgent needs in safe operation and command and scheduling.
