摘要
目的了解玉屏风散过去20年的研究概况,明确其当今的研究热点,为玉屏风散相关临床及动物研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang)和重庆维普数据库(VIP),搜集从2003年1月1日至2023年10月31日的玉屏风散相关研究文献。并通过Citespace和VOSviewer对这些文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入了4243篇相关文献,近20年来发文量整体呈上升趋势。文献来源前5的期刊分别是《新中医》、《中医临床研究》、《光明中医》、《内蒙古中医药》和《河南中医》。发文量前5的作者分别是邓桦、杨鸿、洪敏、李俊、袁嘉丽。核心机构分别为:成都中医药大学、湖南中医药大学、北京中医药大学、广州中医药大学和南京中医药大学。关键词分析显示,慢性荨麻疹、过敏性鼻炎和反复呼吸道感染是本方的最常见治疗领域。结论玉屏风散临床在呼吸道疾病中有较广泛应用,研究热点主要是其药效物质成分的探析以及其发挥药效的免疫调节机制、肠道微生态调节机制的探索。但其研究合作网络较为单一,机制研究尚表浅,有待多单位、多学科的合作进行药理研究、药效挖掘、新药开发。
Objective:To understand the research profile of Yu Ping Feng powder over the past 20 years,to identify its current research hotspots,and to provide references for clinical and animal studies related to Yu Ping Feng powder.Methods:China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),WanFang Database(WanFang),and Chongqing Vip Database(VIP)were searched to collect the research literature related to Yu Ping Feng powder from January 1,2003,to October 31,2023.Moreover,these literature were bibliometric analyzed by Citespace and VOSviewer.Result:A total of 4,243 pieces of related literature were included,and there was an overall upward trend in the number of articles published in the past 20 years.The top 5 journals of literature sources were Journal of New Chinese Medicine,Journal of Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Journal of Bright Chinese Medicine,Journal of Inner Mongolia Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Journal of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine.The top 5 authors in terms of publications were Deng Hua,Yang Hong,Hong Min,Li Jun,and Yuan Jiali.The core institutions were Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Keyword analysis showed that chronic urticaria,allergic rhinitis,and recurrent respiratory infections were this formula's most common therapeutic areas.Conclusion:Yu Ping Feng powder is widely used in respiratory diseases,and the research hotspots are mainly the analysis of its pharmacological components and the exploration of its immunomodulatory mechanism and intestinal microecological regulation mechanism to exert its pharmacological effect.However,the research cooperation network is relatively simple,and the mechanism research is still superficial,which requires multi-unit and multi-disciplinary cooperation for pharmacological research,medicinal effect exploration,and new drug development.
