摘要
在梳理职业教育本科发展历程的基础上,选择生师比、副高及以上教师占比作为衡量教学质量的两个指标,比较首批15所本科层次民办职业技术大学的现状,分析生师比、副高及以上教师占比两个指标对教学质量的影响,提出改善教学质量的建议。
This paper selects the ratio of students to faculty and the numbers of faculty who are associate professors or professors as two indictors to evaluate the teaching quality on the basis of sorting out the development of vocational education at undergraduate level.It compares the current situation of the first 15 pilot private vocational universities at undergraduate level,analyzes the impact of the ratio of students to faculty and the numbers of faculty who are associate professors and professors on the teaching quality,and gives suggestions for improving the teaching quality.
