重组人IL-17D对人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞增殖及VEGF-C表达的影响

摘要 目的:研究重组人IL-17D(r-hIL-17D)对人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞增殖及VEGF-C表达的影响。方法:复苏传代培养人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞,用含不同浓度r-hIL-17D(0、10、50ng/mL和100ng/mL)的培养基培养。MTS法检测细胞增殖情况,RT-qPCR法检测细胞中VEGF-C mRNA表达,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测上清VEGF-C浓度。结果:10、50、100ng/mL r-hIL-17促进SKOV3细胞增殖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。作用48h后,10、50、100ng/mL组SKOV3细胞的VEGF-C mRNA表达高于0ng/mL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SKOV3细胞上清中VEGF-C浓度高于0ng/mL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:R-hIL-17D可促进卵巢癌SKOV3细胞的增殖,增加VEGF-C的表达。
