介入超声项目化学习模式应用于任职教育规范化培训中的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于PBL的介入超声项目化学习模式应用于介入超声任职教育规范化培训中的效果。方法选择2021年2月—2022年1月本院46名介入超声科新入职医生作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各23名。对照组采用传统授课模式培训,研究组采用基于PBL模式的介入超声项目化学习教学模式培训。比较两组学员基本操作考核状况、教学效果、理论考核状况。结果出科时,研究组答辩能力、穿刺过程、穿刺准备、掌握病情、消毒铺巾、监测随访操作考核分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学习信心及兴趣提高(86.96%)、思维发散能力提升(82.61%)、团队合作能力增进(78.26%)、介入超声操作能力增强(91.30%)率均高于对照组(56.52%、47.83%、43.48%、60.87%)(P<0.05);研究组学员鉴别诊断、标准测值、解剖概要、基本原理、检查方法、基础诊断理论考核分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于项目化学习的介入超声教学模式应用于介入超声任职教育规范化培训可有效提高学员基本操作能力及理论知识,提升教学效果。 Objective To explore the effect of interventional ultrasound project-based learning(PBL)mode applied to the standardized training of interventional ultrasound vocational education.Methods 46 newly admitted doctors in interventional ultrasound department of our hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into research group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was trained by the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was trained by the interventional ultrasound teaching mode based on project-based learning.The basic operation assessment status,teaching effects,and theoretical assessment status of the two groups were compared.Results At the time of leaving the department,the examination scores of defense ability,puncture process,puncture preparation,grasping the condition,disinfecting and laying towels,and monitoring and follow-up operations of the research group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of improvement in learning confidence and interest(86.96%),thinking divergence ability(82.61%),teamwork ability(78.26%),and interventional ultrasound operation ability(91.30%)of the research group were all higher than those of the control group(56.52%,47.83%,43.48%,60.87%)(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment scores in differential diagnosis,standard measurement,anatomical summary,basic principles,inspection methods,and basic diagnosis of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the interventional ultrasound teaching mode based on project-based learning in the standardized training of interventional ultrasound job education can effectively improve the basic operation ability and theoretical knowledge of students,and improve the teaching effect.
