应用OLYMPUS等离子电切系统实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生症的效果

摘要 目的:分析在为前列腺增生(Benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者实施治疗的过程中应用OLYMPUS等离子电切系统实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术所获得的临床疗效。方法:本研究将2021年1月~2022年12月于医院接受BPH治疗的患者42例按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=21,应用OLYMPUS等离子电切系统实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术)与参照组(n=21,经尿道前列腺切除术)。结果:研究组患者手术相关指标、术后前列腺症状评分、生活质量、最大尿流速以及膀胱残余尿量和并发症发生率均显著差别于参照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者术前前列腺症状评分、生活质量、最大尿流速以及膀胱残余尿量无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:应用OLYMPUS等离子电切系统实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术属于BPH患者的理想治疗方案。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of using the OLYMPUS plasma resection system to perform transurethral plasma resection of the prostate in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:This study divided 42 patients who received BPH treatment in hospitals from January 2021 to December 2022 into a study group(n=21,using OLYMPUS plasma resection system for transurethral prostatectomy)and a reference group(n=21,transurethral prostatectomy)using a random number table method.Results:There were significant differences in surgical related indicators,postoperative prostate symptom scores,quality of life,maximum urine flow rate,bladder residual urine volume,and incidence of complications between the study group and the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in preoperative prostate symptom score,quality of life,maximum urine flow rate,and residual urine volume between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of OLYMPUS plasma resection system for transurethral plasma resection of the prostate is an ideal treatment plan for patients with BPH.
