摘要
维生素D是一种类固醇激素,在调节机体钙磷代谢中发挥了关键作用。近年来研究发现维生素D缺乏与甲状腺相关疾病之间存在密切关系。维生素D水平在甲状腺疾病发生、发展中发挥重要作用,并影响甲状腺疾病患者的临床预后。本文综述了维生素D与甲状腺相关疾病:桥本氏甲状腺炎、毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿、甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺结节、甲状腺癌、亚急性甲状腺炎及孕产期甲状腺疾病之间的研究进展,为下一步研究提供方向。
Vitamin D is a steroid hormone that plays a key role in regulating the calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Recent studies have found a close relationship between vitamin D deficiency and thyroid-related disorders.Vitamin D levels play an important role in the development and progression of thyroid diseases,which affect the clinical prognosis.This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between vitamin D and thyroid-related diseases,including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,Graves’disease,hypothyroidism,thyroid nodules,thyroid cancer,subacute thyroiditis and thyroid diseases during pregnancy and childbirth,providing directions for further research.
